How to add printers

This guide will help you add the printers to your laptop or desktop machine in school.

1. Open File Explorer

2. Click on This PC

3. Click on the Staff Share

4 Open the +Printers+ folder

5. Double click the file inside the folder


This should install your printers automatically.


If this fails, it is best to check your Windows Updates:

1. Click the Start button

2. Type Windows Update

3. Click Windows Update

4. Download and install all available updates

5. Once downloaded and installed, reboot to finish configuration and try the above steps again.
