Adding Office 365 emails to a mobile device

This guide will help you set up your Office 365 emails on your mobile device:


1. Open your App Store and download the Outlook app

2. Once downloaded, open the app and tap Get Started

3. Enter your email address and tap Add Account

4. Enter your email password and tap Sign In

5. A two-factor authentication pop up will appear, choose your preferred option

6. Access your authentication code and tap Sign In

7. This should then allow access to your emails
